Mastermind Sessions

Mastermind groups are virtual communities of highly educated, accomplished women navigating inflection points in their careers and lives. Since 2010, I have facilitated hundreds of mastermind groups, including 150 different cohorts for the private women leader networking group Chief. In 2023, Chief was named one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies.

Participants are SVP level and above, managing complex organizations, large teams and busy lives. Together they form a confidential “personal advisory board” of trusted peers, sharing meaningful experiences, deep expertise and hard-earned wisdom from overcoming tough challenges. Whether it's managing a crisis, resolving interpersonal or inter-generational conflict, building a personal brand or landing a C-suite position, the community offers positive energy, creative perspectives and a cohesive spirit of reciprocity and support. This format produces dynamic results.

As a facilitator, I am experienced in creating spaces that offer authentic connection, trust and safety, allowing for vulnerability, maximum learning and powerful impact. I ensure all voices are heard, and leverage expert coaching methodologies and diverse personal development tools to guide and accelerate transitions.  

Participants discover the critical mental, emotional and psychic space and helpful accountability to move through pivotal work and life decisions. Masterminds are a powerful experience for adventurous, capable, inspiring women who value intentional living, have a growth mindset, and are excited about the next phase of their journeys.

I have coached senior executives from financial and consulting firms such as Barclays, Credit Suisse and Deloitte; tech firms including Facebook, IBM, Verizon and Comcast; media companies such as Discovery, Meredith Corporation and National Geographic; and consumer brands including AARP, Bristol Myers Squibb, Comcast and Estée Lauder. Our mastermind groups have also included leaders in law, government, fashion and cultural institutions.
